Lycamobile customer service in the U.S. does not care about their customers. My service plan was $20 for 2 gb data if I paid 3 months at a time, I had this plan for about 2 years. This time I refilled $60 for 3 months again. My first month worked fine, the 2nd month my data was so slow on the 3rd week. I came to the store where I refilled to ask, he said I used up my 1gb fast data but I should have 2gb not 1gb. He called Lycamobile dealer line while I was there, he turned on his speaker phone so I could hear the conversation, the guy on the phone said he would submit the change and I would have 2gb data on the next cycle which is about 1 more week more.
My next cycle kicked in and it's still only 1gb data. I came back to the store, the owner of the store called their Lycamobile dealer, this time Lycamobile said my plan was $19 so I got only 1gb. The $19 with 2gb data applied to the new customers only.
I called Lycamobile customer service to ask why my data was from 2gb to 1gb. The girl was so rude she refused to transfer me to a supervisor or manager. I transferred my phone service to Ultra Mobile, I paid $51 for 3 months with 2gb data. It's cheaper, good signal, most important is when I called them, they treated me with high respect.
Lycamobile is a very bad company because they don't care about customers. I don't commend Lycamobile.
