i had purchased a bundle plan for three months which then I realized was way too expensive compared to other providers. After 2 days I called the customer service and asked them to cancel the plan and give me my refund they told me it will get resolved in 24-48 hrs but took like a month to give me a result and then they tell me i have used my balance and cannot refund my money. What do you expect me to do like sit around for a month and call nobody like its my mistake you took a month which i had to remind the company that i have a complaint.
short and simple very bad coverage and worst customer service.
