I just spent 45 minutes on chat with Lycamobile customer service. The chat service is useful. Lycamobile is a waste of money. It's better to buy a cheap data plan in the country where you are working. Need to make calls? Purchasing a SIM card in the country where you are visiting is cheaper. I spent $100 (US) and 2 hours+ in time. Neither can be refunded. I was told that "refunds are subject to approval..." translation is up to the reader of this review.
Don't purchase anything from lycamobile...you'll be sorry and you will lose money. Guaranteed.
