Awful customer service. I can't comment about the actual phone service as I never received my SIM card. When I asked about a refund, I was asked for information that the company should have had already. I was also asked for information I never provided on my order. Unprofessional and dangerously unsecure. I never received a name for the customer service rep and responses only arrived when prompted. My order was in November and I still haven't resolved the issue. I attempted to email again in hopes of getting a different rep, but now my emails have been completely ignored.
Based on the fact that they took my money, strung me along for four months and would ignore my questions and ask for more information they didn't need, I would say that this company is a scam.
