Very bad services and the team is giving different reply each time you call them. I tried to set the hotspot as it doesn’t activate automatically like other networks and each of the customer service team provide different user name and PW and after 3 calls their team failed to sort out the problem and they said they will escalate to the tech team, so I lost two days unable to connect my laptop to through the hotspot. Very bad services!
