The worst customer support ever. Germany support
Want to give 0 for their support. My phone not working for 3 weeks and I cannot still use it.
When you ask a difficult question, the agents leave the chat.
the agents knew only to copy paste and never answer anything useful.

Contacted the support like 10 times. 5 year customer and they badly lack at service.
