I am so diappointed with lyca service.
I bought a bundle, it was given wrongly, then contacted customer service, the lady on the phone offered a refund within an hour, then it never happened, I called a few times, customer service complained about me calling. Then lyca closed the request without refund after a few months. I complained, the customer service refused to help me. Never use lyca. So horrible
