Terrible customer service - often don’t know what they’re doing or can’t help you in a substantial way
Terrible phone line - would wait for ages to get through only to be hung up on!!!
Terrible website - tried to recharge with credit and it said it didn’t recognise my number as being lyca mobile even though I verified repeatedly that it was from lyca
Unclear instructions- was expecting credit to be taken from the bank card I used to order my SIM card but all of a sudden that card wasn’t valid because it wasn’t based in France! So no phone calls, internet or messaging because they didn’t specify which card they needed! Why let me purchase something with you without clarifying that other purchases wouldn’t work?
Issues with phone number - would text from my French number but the recipient with tell me it was received from a UK number. I called the customer line and the pathetic worker just kept saying, it’s not possible it’s not possible. Infuriating!
Long to set up - even before all these issues the process to install and activate a sim is tedious. Should have been my first red flag!
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE avoid this terrible network! Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy!
