Awful Experience
I switched to Lycamobile for a monthly sim card that never arrived. Adfter 3 weeks without phone I was told by customer service to go buy another card so that they could install the package for me. After passing over the number and waiting a few more days where I was told my complaint was put in “high priority” I finally get hold of another customer service exec who tells me that they don’t do that and the previous employee I spoke to was wrong and had no knowledge of how the system work. Put in high priority again no response. I went back to my older provider Virgin and begged them to have me back! I’m back up and running in less that 48 hours with a good deal. Remember: If it sounds too good to be true…it most probably is…
