Dealing with this company is a time-wasting nuisance.
Initially I considered the overall experience was a scam that had hacked the company although eventually I had a reply from Lyca through a respected online review site.
Due to various poor reviews online and my experience I have decided to cancel my sim contract, although after many hours chat waiting and contact time the sim has not arrived after 12 days.
