Hell with customer service
I am using Lyca mobile service in USA.
I can say one thing here you are good until you get into any issue I mean literally any issue. you got any issue the next moment you are gone just forget lyca and port out to another mobile service .. Lyca Customer service has only email no live agent on phone its just one sided communication.. don't even think about email support 2 days to 10 days is minimum response for each email .. some times you wait for ever to get response.. some times and they ask literally the same thing again and again..
I was following up for a small issue of auto renew which took more than 1 month and now I am ended up porting out .
*** If you ever wish choosing LycaMobile then please make a note that there is no customer support to listen and resolve your issue not on call and not on email***
