Worst company in the world! I've waste £28 in the past couple week.first i purchased a sim card, which after 2 weeks hadn't arrived so i bought a data bolt on. WhatsApp wouldn't work so i thought it wasn't enough data so i bought a new £20 plan. And it still didn't work. I mustve called about 50 times and sent 3 emails with no response. It took an entire week to figure out which combination of numbers would get me through to a human rather than a bot on the phone line.but then the humans are just as robotic. Repeatedly saying 'we are sorry about the inconvenience' but absolutely refusing a refund because part of my data has been used. It could drive a person to suicide.
