Very very poor - no loyalty and consideration. Hard to find a word describing their attitude.
I was a Lyca mobile customer since June 2016. Recently they blocked my number for more than a week due to a confusion with transaction dispute which I fixed promptly. No warning or follow up - just blocked my number when my family was going through an hospital case. Folks never ever deal with Lyca mobile, there are many other service providers who at least treat you with minimum respect.
