The worst customer service. I got a new provider and wanna transfer my number but they literally don't have customer service representatives. It says they can take a week to get back to me via email. Their phone is only automated answering machine, no employees at all. They app is the worst is the world. It can take 15 minutes to just open up and when i try to login they say they sent a code to my phone which i have to enter in order to login but i never got the messages even though
i requested a new one like 20 times.
