SIM stopped working - no response
Bought the 30-day package at Heathrow. After 8 days the SIM completely stopped working. The only way to get through to any support service was to log onto the online chat, where the customer care reps simply disconnected me after I explained the problem. Dont touch them!!!! Use any other service
