Have had no phone for a week after their so called upgrade. No communication at all to let customers know in fact they were moving from 02 to 3. There is no 3 service here so utterly useless. Customer services just said keep restarting phone!!! I am moving to new supplier but port in of number will take a few more days - wouldn't touch lycamobile ever again.
