First of all it took days and days to sort out keeping my existing telephone number.
Then I keep getting a message saying ' to keep on using imessage and facetime - take out and replace your sim' - his happens on an almost daily basis.
I have never before had problems with my phone. No problems with previous subscriptions - Tesco mobile and id mobile but I chose a new supplier! Well you get what you pay for and I've had nothing but trouble with lyca mobile.
