Although coverage was good, there pay as you go system is not explained effectively to costumers.
I had a package with them. I did not chose auto renewal as I needed to pay more and was not certain I would need to use the services. I topped-up towards the end of the month of having the phone and they cut me out of the bundle - without notice, and put me on a non bundle package. The 10 pounds I paid to top up was lost matter of hours internet use was at its highest rate. I guess this is partly my fault for not scrutinise the deal in the first place but communication should be the top priority of a communication company right?
Eventually in trying to get an answer the "dedicated customer service advisor" hung up on me.
