Absolutely regretting the move from EE. They encourage you to top up more than you need to get free credit but the small print says it expires after 90 days. So I’ve now got £40 credit that will expire before I’ve used £12.
Customer service tell me not to be concerned but then confirm it will expire. Sigh.
I can’t even buy bolt ons with the credit!
I’m dreading my trip to Europe next month.
Honestly I feel scammed I’ve given up and will move back to EE.
