The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. There isn't an option to actually talk to someone , or if there is it is extremely hard to find. Firstly I bought a SIM in Norway . It couldn't be activated in my phone. It took over 36 hours of frustration to finally get it sorted. Here in vacation for 6 weeks and it was for one month, tried to top up service but couldn't find any way to do that and roll over balance.
I would never recommend this company.
