Con artists
Received an unlimited SIM on 22 August 23. Used it for just over a day, well tried to. Service was unusable despite good coverage on the coverage checker.
I complained on 24 Aug 23. They agreed to refund under my 14 day cooling off period.
I have not received a refund so I chased them. They are now refusing to refund and just keep terminating chat sessions.
I have complained to the ADR scheme (lyca won't even provide a deadlock letter) and submitted a claim on my credit card. I will be chasing this up with trading standards as well.
It is illegal for you to break the law as you are doing.
