I have only joined around three weeks ago and can't get mobile wifi, or contact essential numbers including my partners. I also can't connect to the online portal as it say's it does not recognise my number. Four days ago I asked for my PAC number/code so I could move on. Everyday I have sat for nearly an hour trying to get through to someone just to be told they would escalate my "claim". It has angered me so much I have contacted Ofcom to complain. They tell me I should have had a code within a minute not four days and have contacted Lyca. When i text PAC to the number they provide, it comes back saying the request has failed and to contact customer services. WHAT AN ABSOLUTE JOKE.!!
