The worst experience you could possibly have with a mobile company.
- Zero 4G / 5G service on an iPhone 13
- Zero phone signal in most places
- Couldn't use the phone as a hotspot
- Cannot phone customer service to speak to an actual human
- Live chat takes over half an hour to connect with someone. If you don't reply within 2 minutes they end the chat. If you continue asking them to resolve the numerous issues, they end the chat.
- They suggest emailing Customer Service - they don't respond.
- Their PAC process doesn't work - completely lost my old number and the process has been going on a week.
- If you decide to go to a new provider, the old PAC code won't work.
Does that cover it? There isn't a single thing this company has done right - I would avoid it like the plague.
