New customer here. Can't phone my daughter as the correct number I dial says 'you've dialled an incorrect number '. Sending SMS messages is hit and miss. App no longer works so unable to check my usage. Receive messages saying I've had a missed call when the call hasn't reached my phone. Dialling a number often takes twice as long thanks to a pregnant pause before I hear the ringing. I could go on.
