Customer service is terrible.
After a 25-minute wait, the staff are useless, they always ask you to call back in 2 hours because the system is down.
They escalated issues to the technical team, who days later sent me a text saying "Your problem is now solved, case closed, this was with no contact or support. The internet keeps cutting out, the signal dropping. A customer service advisor has put the phone down on me, I can safely say that I will be leaving them.
