I bought a Lycamobile sim card for my holiday in Switzerland. Knowing that I would travel to Italy, I purchased a package that included roaming.
Once I arrived in Italy the roaming stopped working after only a few hours. I could not call customer service (the call actually disconnected) and sent them several emails to which I eventually received a reply that 'they had some technical issues' and would be addressed as soon as possible. Roaming never worked for me. I then requested a refund for the week lost (and to give the company the opportunity to redeem itself)and after several more emails and 'an investigation', the request was denied. Customer service is atrocious and I would not purchase another product from this company.
