I ordered an unlimited data SIM. After 24 hours use, the SIM stopped working. No communication or change to my account on the app.
After complaining, I was emailed saying that I had to send a copy of my ID and an explanation as to why my data use was high!
That's 2 days use, and cut off for high use on an unlimited data plan.
I sent my ID and outlined my use, against my better judgement and have yet to hear back.
Not unlimited unlimited data, cutting me off without warning, and then no customer service afterwards.
Buy cheap, buy twice.
