Cheap - but the customer service is beyond awful. I signed up for three SIM cards for my family and two of them were blocked due to me paying with the same card - fair enough - I understand the need for financial security.
But when you phone customer service -jeez! 10 mins to be told it will be sorted in the next 24-48 hours. I am on my 11th call - it has been two weeks without a functioning SIM card - arrrggghhh!!!!
