Cheap, but poor customer service, CS not UK based so communication can be an issue, only available 9-6 Mon-Sat.
Unable to move an esim to a different phone as phone damaged - advised to buy another esim and they would transfer - OK then. Then advised transfer to take place in 1 hour - not done, advised it would take 4 hours, not done and closed... Next day advised raised as complaint and would be done, again not completed until 18:20, only 30 hours later than advised and no phone number in meantime.
