On November 28, 2023, I submitted a request for the cancellation of my SIM service and a refund of $73.5. Refunds of money should be made to the account within the maximum of five working days, or in the worst case, seven working days, as per the policy. Now 33 days have passed I still haven’t received my refund, and my SIM service will be de-activated tomorrow. I followed up with the customer support team on a regular basis, and they responded that they didn't have an update and that I should check with their internal technical team. Every call they promise me that will receive money this week, tomorrow, or even today.
I have reached the last day tomorrow once again they want me to wait for the refund without providing a time estimation. They are going to de-activate SIM service tomorrow.
This is the best service the LYCA offers.
I have all proof of call histories made to customer support team, wrote 2 times review comments and I mistake is from their side.
