Horrible customer service experience. i could not get through to anyone on the phone and the chat agent disconnected the chat when I asked more questions about my query.
i just wanted to understand how roaming charges work and I still don't have an answer to my specific query. Additionally, I was misold a service. Do not fall for their fake advertisement
