Abysmal customer support. The call centres are overseas and so they don't understand the problems you are asking due to them closely following a script.
Their sim card locked my phone and the man on the end said I should use a different phone instead. What kind of insane advice is that. It's like if I phone a Mercedes engineer to fix a car and they just said "drive a different car" as the solution.
What is worse is I am a brand new customer. So that put me right off and I cancelled immediately.
