Calls are often (70%) intermittent or just don't connect. Half the time calls will drop after 3-4 minutes so I've begun warning callers my phone may suddenly drop them. Often callers are sent to Voicemail which doesn't track their number. I'm in real estate and need to have a stable connection when I'm on the phone. Worst of all is the difficulty I've had porting my number to a new service. Lyca makes the process very difficult by requiring many different steps in verifying my identity and after I comply they repeat the demands as if they haven't read my prior Emails. After a MONTH of trying I still haven't gotten cooperation. The first two times I was given the requested info and it was incorrect. If I die and go to Hell, I'll have Lyca for eternity. My next step is to sue them.
