Very very bad customer service one issue not solve from last 10 days every day 3/4 callas same answer from agents I pass your issue to technical team ,if technical team can’t solve one issue in 10 days you can imagine how. Good this company worse part is customer service just bunch of rubbish and westing our time and money even can’t explain proper in English I m done with Layca I will tell uk people never use Layca if don’t trust try and make your life hell
