I joined Lyca via Uswitch - wish I hadn't.
Paid the first payment, got the SIM card, 3 weeks later they tried to take the 2nd payment but it failed. I checked my account on Lycamobile's website - it had somebody else's credit card details; not mine. I deleted that card and put my card details in, but they cancelled my account anyway, and now I can't get a PAC number to keep my phone number as I can't access Lyca.
Chatted online with someone completely useless.
2 emails sent - no replies.
Stay away from Lyca - they are incompetent, dishonest and useless.
