I realized they blocked my SIM with no notification and it's been now 2 weeks with back and forth emails, for each I have to wait 48 hours to get their reply. Plus, I won't get any compensation or money back because they charge my top up, let me use some and then block the card, so according to them I used their service.
Worst service. I can't wait to have all this sorted to leave
