Tried to set up a pay monthly contract (not easy) I had the "contract" sim card delivered but when I came to use the service it had been sent out as a PAYG sim. After 6 emails phone calls and chats all of which I was told in 24 hours it would be sorted and every day it's not.
This company is next to useless to deal with and ive asked for a pac code as they give me no hope of ever dealing with their error.
