Can't make phone calls. Roaming not working at all. Contacted customer service 4 times in a month still nothing worked. Therefore I requested refund for the service they failed to provide. At the same time, I have to transfer to a different provider because I need to make phone calls!!
They refused to give me refund because I ported my number to different provider! Reason is totally unacceptable!
A company anyone should avoid!
