The customer service can barely speak English, run through a scripted response telling you everything will be fixed in 24 to 48 hours. The agents clearly just have a console and no power to do anything to help. The tech team behind the scenes seems just as incompetent.
I had roaming issues which were not sorted out for over a week and my trip was over without ever having a phone abroad.
Now I have a damaged sim, and the new sim is not mapped to my number. Phoning every day to get it mapped to my number doesn't help. It's always just in a "pending", the agents tell me it will be "working by the night". this has been happening for a week. No amount of escalating helps. Even asking for a supervisor call back gets a response of "24 hours" and yet no one calls.
If phone connectivity is not important to you or if you don't need a phone as a priority then maybe you can work with this company.
