Very horrible experience as the customer service received was very horrible. I purchased a sim and they tried to remove money at designated time but couldn’t due to the fact that my card was hacked and I blocked the card.as I received their message I quickly did a top up as advised in the text message but unfortunately the data didn’t renew so I called their office to help resolve .alas I was told that the top up I did had finished in less than a day which was supposed to last for a month and they can’t do anything about it even though I followed their instructions.
Wouldn’t recommend them at all
