The best question would be, “What went right?” My answer is, “Nothing!” Emails do receive a response after many days or even weeks but they do not address the problem & are relatively inarticulate so pointless. Try phoning - no answer or a series of options that are not relevant to your specific problem. Service disappears usually at a point when you desperately require service. My current problem, however, is how to extricate myself & keep my number with a new provider. For 3 weeks I have been trying to get a PAC code to no avail. A complaint to Ofcom has so far elicited no response from Lyca. I am in despair & totally disgusted with such poor service &, indeed, sharp practice. Do not switch to Lyca!
