I buy SIM from Lycamobile for just make international call. Three times line activated and because of SIM activation problem customer care advise to cancel line and refund processes. Following past 5 weeks for refund request. They and keep creating reference number and closing it with some unknown reason reason and creating reference ticket for earlier reference ticket for refund. Refund does not process. Third time line activated and renewal does not process due to the unable to change card and line got disconnected. Don't trust their customer service refund request anytime.
