Bought a roaming plan for Turkey, it didn't work there with no customer support. It tool them 2 days to reply to my emails and every time they asked for new information, thus taking 2 days everytime until I was back to Ireland where it works okay. I asked for a refund as the plan did not work, they told me, I used the plan while I was in ireland and thus they can not make a refund, and thus thereby proving there neglect towards their customers.
After being fed up by their service, I decided to move to another provider only to know that they do not stop there auto renewal service easily. After I put up a request, they say they would take 24 hours to process it and do not do anything about it. After 24 hours, I forgot about it entirely thinking no company would reject such a request. Troubling experience with Lyca.
