I bought £20 Lycra mobile SIM card.having trouble with logging my credit,
I called the customer service. And I was charge £.0.9p for calling for help which was
Deducted from my £20 voucher. So that left me with a minus ( twice ) that I called without anyResolved from the team.
This is absolutely a ripe off.
Ripe off company, never again will I buy from this company.
How can you charge for calling customer service?
