Lyca phone app has an auto top up tick box, un-ticked and still lyca take money monthly.
The account with £33 top up is then stolen by lyca to be told sorry, well sorry being the only word understood by a very poor english speaking customer services. That is after waiting over 30 minutes to have the phone put down on you. very very poor service almost criminal...AVOID
