I bought a Lyca sim from a local shop. Tried to register by calling Lyca, after automated response I requested to speak to an adviser. I was kept waiting for about 13 minutes - this is appalling service. In the end I decided to end the call. A few mins wait is acceptable but 13 mins wait is absolutely awful. You need to improve your customer services.
