1. Their vouchers and online methods of recharging haven't been working.
2. Avg. wait for customer service is 30-40min
3. Very rude once they do answer, and then call drops for no reason (hardly what you expect from you mobile PROVIDER!!)
4. Difficult to switch providers after your told to wait for 48 hours for a problem to resolve, that doesn't
