Lost my sim, bought a replacement and customer service require me to send email and IDs.
Told it will be done within 24 hours, nothing, another 24 hours phone them and again, asked me to send another email. Wait for a week, eventually replied stating what my problem is ? what a JOKE !
I just got so annoyed and cancel;led my account, sent them an email regarding how bad their service was and asked them for a PAC code so I can take my number elsewhere. Another week gone by and heard nothing from them, guess my number is gone and goodbye.
