Customer Service is extremely poor however, I only spoke with 1 person. Selecting bundles is a convoluted process which resulted in my 15 pounds of credit being used up with in a couple of hours. Website interface isn't too bad, however, the site will not accept my password after having registered and updated hence the reason I had to buy top up cards, hence the reason I had to call. All in all I'd give them 0 stars if i could. I am phoning Vodaphone now and switching networks. Don't waste your time with these guy's.
