Worst company i have ever seen.customer service is just a process of false hope and a waste of time, they will apologise for any problems you are having and tell you someone will be in contact with you in 24 to 48hours (what a joke) but no one ever gets back to you!! If they were offering there service for free it still wouldnt be worth it as the offers available from established company's that provide a half decent service at near enough the same cost as lyca and it'll work when needed.every week or so iv had problems with lyca.most of them same issues repeated with no solutions.complete rubbish..
